EVERETT — Snohomish County sheriff’s deputies were searching for a suspect Saturday evening after a shooting south of Everett.
Deputies responded shortly before 6 p.m. to reports of gunshots in the 12100 block of 4th Avenue West, near Mariner High School. One man was transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries, said sheriff’s Lt. Mike Martin.
Around 6:30 p.m., deputies were still collecting information on who the suspect might be, and whether he fled by car or on foot. A police dog was on scene. Everett police were assisting.
