Edmonds woman who died in car crash is identified

LYNNWOOD — An Edmonds woman died near Lynnwood in a three-car collision Monday night.

Molly Lally, 34, was identified Wednesday by the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Two 18-year-olds were driving cars westbound on 164th Street Southwest around 10:30 p.m. Monday when one T-boned the victim’s vehicle at the intersection of 25th Avenue West, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office. Lally was deceased at the scene.

An 18-year-old woman who was driving one of the other cars and a passenger, a 17-year-old girl, were taken to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett with minor injuries. The 18-year-old man driving the third car remained at the scene after the crash.

Lally died of blunt-force injuries, according to the medical examiner.
