LAKE STEVENS — Officials identified a man who died in a three-car collision Tuesday as Kristofor Nordgren, of Lake Stevens.
Nordgren was driving west on Highway 92 and attempting to turn left onto 44th Street NE. His Subaru was struck from behind by a Ford Focus, knocking it into the path of an eastbound pickup truck, according to a Washington State Patrol traffic collision report.
Nordgren, 30, died at the scene.
The other drivers — a 46-year-old man and 23-year-old woman — also were injured, the State Patrol said. The man was taken to the hospital.
