Pedestrian detour across Highway 526

EVERETT — Pedestrians who rely on the Evergreen Way overpass to cross Highway 526 will need to use a nearby footbridge while state crews rebuild pedestrian ramps as part of a highway preservation project. The detour was set for this weekend, from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.

Crews will be available to assist pedestrians navigating up and over the footbridge.
