Led Zepplin stories evoke memories

Thank you for the story about Led Zeppelin (“Forum: ‘Whole Lotta Love’ for becoming a teenage Led Zepplin fan,” The Herald, March 22). It brought back so many memories.

One in particular was when I was in eighth grade I came back from lunch and one of my friends, Mark Johnson, who played in our school rock and roll band had this album and an old record player that we used back in those days.He said, ‘You got to hear this. You got to hear this.” It was led Zeppelin’s first album.

I got goosebumps reading her story and thinking about that time. Thanks so much for bringing out those emotions. And to see she’s from Index. I was postmaster down the road in Baring for about four years the beginning of the century.
