Where can one drop off LED bulbs?

The Everett Herald has covered recycling quite a bit in the last week.

Unfortunately, nothing has been published on where to recycle LED light bulbs.

I have a number of failed LED light bulbs and so far I have been unable to find where to drop them off.

Can you publish a list of locations in Snohomish County that accept LED light bulbs?
