EVERETT — After Everett rallied with six runs in the bottom of the eighth inning to take a one-run lead, Javier Guevara blasted a two-run home run in the top of the ninth and Spokane hung on for a wild 12-11 win over the AquaSox on Friday afternoon at Funko Field.

Everett’s six-run outburt was courtesy of a pair of three-run home runs from Cade Marlowe and Tyler Keenan.

Marlowe finished the game 1-for-1 with a 3-run homer and four walks. Connor Hoover also homered for Everett (61-56).

Ezequiel Tovar, Aaron Schunk and Isaac Collins also homered for Spokane (67-49).

There were seven total home runs in the game on a blustery day in Everett.

The AquaSox have two games remaining in the season. Saturday’s game is a 7:05 p.m. first pitch and Sunday’s game starts at 4:05 p.m.
