Notes: The flu has been plaguing the Tips this week — several players were reportedly throwing up during Friday’s 3-1 loss to Prince George — but tonight Everett gets a player back from illness as leading scorer Nikita Scherbak returns after a one-game absence. However, the Tips lose another player to illness as winger Jake Mykitiuk sits this one out. Defensemen Ben Betker (concussion), Tristen Pfeifer (upper body) and Logan Aasman (upper body) remain out injured. Carter Hart gets the start in goal as No. 1 Austin Lotz is given a rest.
