Prep boys soccer: Jackson 2, Meadowdale 1

EVERETT — Meadowdale’s Alec Robertson scored an unassisted goal in the 14th minute of the nonleague game. Jackson (13-1 overall) rallied with a pair of goals by Caleb Houvener to stop the Mavericks (6-9). Houvener was assisted by Luke Hong in the 24th minute to tie the score and his unassisted shot in the 58th minute ended up being the game-winner. Armando Huerta manned the nets for Jackson and Patrick Gove and Eric Henthorn split time in goal for Meadowdale.
