MARYSVILLE — Teagan Carroll went 4-for-4 with three home runs, a double and six RBI to complete a huge day at the plate as Marysville Getchell earned a league win over Shorewood.

Hayden Kranz and Emme Witter both went went 4-for-5 for Marysville Getchell (7-8, 5-6 Wesco 3A/2A).

Yuri Siler went 3-for-3, Cayden Wheaton had a triple, Ellie Van Horn added a double and Maddoe Schilperoort finished 2-for-4 for Shorewood (9-7, 6-6).

Mountlake Terrace 5, Stanwood 2

MOUNTLAKE TERRACE — Delia Glover and Kyleigh Smith both homered, and Ellie Gilbert struck out 12 in a complete-game effort in the circle to lead Mountlake Terrace to a league win over Stanwood.

Glover finished 2-for-3 and added a double, Amaya Johnson went 2-for-4 with a double, and Gilbert allowed just two runs on four hits in seven strong innings pitched for Mountlake Terrace (11-4, 9-2 Wesco 3A/2A).

Rubi Lopez went 2-f0r-4 and Karsen Bilow had both runs batted in for Stanwood (7-10, 5-7).

Edmonds-Woodway 20, Shorecrest 9

EDMONDS — Renee Riggins went 5-for-5 with a double and four runs scored as Edmonds-Woodway slugged its was past Shorecrest for a league win.

Neva Cheeney went 3-for-4 with two doubles and four RBI, Mallory Melon finished 2-for-3 with four RBI and Maggie Duffy went 3-for-5 with four RBI for Edmonds-Woodway (9-6, 5-6 Wesco 3A/2A).

Kyah Easton went 3-for-4 with two RBI, Lucy Johnson went 3-for-4 with two doubles and three RBI and Lilia Titiall’l-McKinnon finished 3-for-3 with two doubles and four RBI for Shorecrest (4-13, 0-12).

Arlington 13, Meadowdale 9

ARLINGTON — Maddy Fischer went 4-for-4 with a home run, two doubles and three runs scored and Arlington rode an eight-run fifth inning to a league win over Meadowdale.

Emmaly Morris went 3-for-4 with a home run, double, three RBI and three runs scored, and Tayler Stevens finished 3-for-4 for Arlington (10-7, 7-5 Wesco 3A/2A).

Analise Griffiths wemt 3-for-4 with two runs RBI and Destiny Emery went 1-for-1 with two RBI, three walks and two runs scored for Meadowdale (11-6, 9-3).

EVERETT — Xavier Baringna and Brayan Ojeda-Gaspar both scored to lift Monroe past Cascade in a league game.

Monroe improved to 8-5-3 overall and 8-4-3 in Wesco 3A/2A play. Cascade fell to 6-8-2 overall and 6-7-2 in league.

Edmonds-Woodway 4, Everett 3 (2OT)

EDMONDS — The stakes couldn’t have been much higher for the Edmonds-Woodway boys soccer team.

The Warriors needed a win Monday night to cap an unbeaten regular season and clinch the program’s first league championship in 20 years.

A game Everett squad had other thoughts in mind as it attempted to play spoiler, but ultimately the Warriors wouldn’t be denied in their pursuit of conference glory.

Ben Hanson scored the equalizer with 4 minutes left in regulation, Kincaid Sund headed in the golden goal in double overtime and E-W sealed up its first conference title since 2003 with a 4-3 victory over Everett at Edmonds Stadium.
