Sehome advanced to face top-seeded Anacortes in an opening-round game on Saturday.

BELLINGHAM — Tenth-seeded Lakewood’s season came to an end with a loss to No. 7 Bellingham in a 2A District 1 Tournament play-in game.

Lakewood finished with an overall record of 4-16.

Bellingham advanced to face No. 2 Lynden in an opening-round game on Saturday.

SHORELINE — Ellie Van Horn allowed just one run on four hits in a complete game in the circle and added a double at the plate to help lead Shorewood to a league win over Mountlake Terrace.

Lillia Perreault went 3-for-3 with a stolen base, Cayden Wheaton went 1-for-3 with a home run and Riley Wheaton finished 2-for-3 with a double for Shorewood (10-7, 7-6 Wesco 3A/2A).

Ellie Gilbert went 2-for-3, and Amaya Johnson and Delia Glover added doubles for Mountlake Terrace (11-5, 9-3).
