Heidi Ly, Jackson swimming

Ly, a sophomore, won two events by very narrow margins in an exciting Wesco 4A dual against Kamiak, taking the 200 individual medley by .09 and the 100 backstroke by .29. Kamiak beat the T-Wolves 98-78.

Bill LeCompte, Edmonds-Woodway soccer

The Warriors’ 4-1 win over Lynnwood was the 200th victory in LeCompte’s career. He also led E-W to the 2014 3A state title.

Khloe Garton, Everett soccer

Garton, a senior defender, scored a pair of second-half goals to help the Seagulls stay unbeaten in a 2-1 Wesco 3A win over upset-minded Oak Harbor.

Kelsey Cummins, Meadowdale volleyball

Cummins, a junior outside hitter, recorded 12 kills and 32 digs to help lift the Mavericks to a 3-1 Wesco 3A victory over Marysville Pilchuck.
