Slow Start

Neither team’s offense looks very good so far. Washington has primarily been using its spread offense, but hasn’t got much out of it outside of Isaiah Stanback’s impressive run to open the first drive. Stanback got popped by someone on the Arizona sideline at the end of the run.
Scott White has only played on nickel defenses, which may mean he was more injured than was let on this week. Chris Stevens is playing in White’s spot.
The Husky special teams has been good, with Marlon Wood getting two good punt returns and Sean Douglas putting a ball down at the 1.
White is actually back in in the base now, so perhaps he was being punished by not starting.
Arizona is about to punt from the back of the end zone, giving Washington its best chance yet at getting something going.
