The state Department of Corrections’ Everett office has felony warrants for the following offenders. If you have information about them, call police or the Department of Corrections at 425-290-3200. Callers do not have to give their names.

Michael Franklin

Age: 49

Height: 5 feet, 11 inches

Weight: 170 pounds

Hair: Brown

Eyes: Brown

Franklin has a warrant for failing to report to the Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for a protection order violation.

Ismael Martinez

Age: 41

Height: 5 feet, 10 inches

Weight: 160 pounds

Hair: Black

Eyes: Brown

Martinez has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is a Level I registered sex offender and is being supervised for failure to register as a felony sex offender.
