Mariner | Boys track

Russell won the 100- and 200-meter sprints and ran on the winning 400 and 1,600 relay squads as his team defeated Kamiak in a dual meet.

AMIA NASH

Edmonds-Woodway | Girls track

Nash won the 100- and 200-meter dashes and ran on the winning 400 and 1,600 relay teams in a dual meet with Jackson and won the 200 and 400 and ran on the winning 800 relay team in the Lake Stevens Invitational.

COURTNEY MORRIS

Sultan | Softball

Morris recorded three pitching victories, She threw two complete games, including a no-hitter vs. Coupeville. In 17 innings pitched, she allowed three earned runs and struck out 32 batters. She also batted 7-for-9 with two doubles, a triple and a three-run home run.

BRANDON OCHOA

Lakewood | Boys soccer

Ochoa scored all four goals in a 4-1 win over Granite Falls.

ERIC LAWSON

Archbishop Murphy | Baseball

Lawson was 5-for-11 with two doubles, a triple and a game-winning home run in a three-game sweep of Lakewood. He also played errorless ball at third base.

JOE FRYER

Kamiak | Boys golf

Fryer shot a 1-under 71 over 18 holes at Harbour Pointe Golf Course and a 1-under 35 over nine holes at Walter Hall G.C.

WHITNEY JAMMERMAN

Glacier Peak | Girls golf

Jammerman scored 47 Stableford points to lead her team to first place in a four-team meet at Legion Memorial Golf Course. She scored 30 Stableford points over nine holes at the Nile Country Club to lead her team to first place in a three-team meet. And she tied for the top Wesco performance in the Burlington Invite with an 86 over 18 holes at the Skagit Golf and Country Club.

Everett | Girls tennis

Ellison recorded two come-from-behind victories against opponents from Oak Harbor and Glacier Peak. Against Oak Harbor, she lost the first set 6-4, then won sets two and three, 6-2, 6-0. Against Glacier Peak, She rebounded from a second-set defeat to win 6-3, 2-6, 6-4.
