ALEC FELLOWS

Edmonds-Woodway | Boys track

Fellows won the 110-meter hurdles, 100, high jump and long jump in the Edmonds District meet.

DACIA HECKENDORF

Marysville Pilchuck | Girls track

Heckendorf won the 100- and 200-meter dashes and ran on the winning 1,600 relay team in the 10-team Stanwood Twilight meet.

AMBER MANUEL

Archbishop Murphy | Softball

Manuel pitched a complete game and batted 3-for-4 with a home run and two RBI in a 7-5 win over Cedarcrest.

GRAYSON KNOTT

Coupeville | Boys soccer

Knott had a hat trick, scoring all three of his team’s goals in a 3-0 1A District 1 playoff win over Meridian.

ALEX HATCH

Mountlake Terrace | Baseball

Hatch was the winning pitcher in relief and batted 3-for-3 with a double and a three-run homer in a 7-6 win over Lynnwood.

Snohomish | Boys golf

Hella shot a 2-under 70 over 18 holes at Snohomish Golf Course to medal and lead the Panthers to first place in a Wesco North meet.

CLARISSA ABADESCO

Oak Harbor | Girls tennis

Abadesco came back from a first-set loss to win in three sets at No. 3 singles and help her team defeat Shorewood 4-3.
