No limits on Alta Lake

Popular Alta Lake, near Pateros, is open to catch-and-keep fishing through the end of the month, with no daily limit on trout, perch and other gamefish, until scheduled rehabilitation in October.
Alta is one of three waters in the area — Fish Lake and Schallow Pond are the others — that are due for rotenone treatment to eradicate goldfish, bullheads and other undesirable species.
