Prep boys basketball: Nathan Hale 56, Archbishop Murphy 45

SEATTLE — With a game-high 24 points from Juliuis Pruzinskis setting the tone, Nathan Hale defeated Archbishop Murphy in a nonleague showdown that kicked off each squad’s 2011-12 season. Archbishop Murphy was paced by senior guard Alex Tapert who had 18 points and seven rebounds while Dan Haider had 11 points to go with a team-high 12 rebounds. Anker Anderson also reached double-figures with 10 points for the Wildcats.
