3rd anniversary at SnoTown: Snohomish’s SnoTown Brewing is hosting its third anniversary Aug. 10-12 at the brewery, 511 Second St., Snohomish. There will be live music, new beers and plenty of dogs. New beers include a Mexican lager, Pineapple IPA, coconut porter and a barrel-aged brown.
Sky Valley Corks & Kegs Block Party: The Monroe Chamber of Commerce and Sky Valley Family YMCA host the Sky Valley Corks & Kegs Block Party from 4 to 9 p.m. Aug. 11 next to Harry’s On Tye, 14286 169th Drive SE, Monroe. The block party will include a number of local breweries and wineries, food trucks and live music. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased through Eventbrite.
4-Corners Brewfest: The 4-Corners Brewfest is 3 p.m. Aug. 11 at Innis Arden Clubhouse, 1430 NW 188th St., Shoreline. Tickets are $35 and include 12 tasting tokens, food and live music. Nearly 20 breweries will pour beer, including Everett’s Crucible Brewing and Bothell’s Watts Brewing.
BrewFest on the Skagit: The 16th annual BrewFest on the Skagit is from 4 to 9 p.m. Aug. 11 at Skagit Riverwalk Park 509 S. Main St., Mount Vernon. Nearly 30 breweries will be pouring beer, including Diamond Knot Craft Brewing and Lazy Boy Brewing. Advance tickets are $25 or $30 at the gate.
Root Beer & Beer Can Derby: Camano Island’s Naked City Brewing is hosting its second annual Root Beer & Beer Can Derby at 4:30 p.m. Aug. 11 at the Naked City Camano location, 848 N. Sunrise Blvd., Suite E101, Camano. The entry fee is five non-perishable food items, with all donations going directly to the Stanwood Food Bank.
Snohomish Hard Cider Festival: The Snohomish Kwianis Club is hosting the fifth annual Snohomish Hard Cider Festival from noon to 4 p.m. Aug. 12 at Thomas Family Farm, 3010 Marsh Road, Snohomish. There will be 12 cidermakers pouring different hard ciders, plus food trucks and live music. Advance tickets are $40 or $45 at the door. Whitewall Brewing tasting: Camano Island’s Elger Bay Grocery is hosting Marysville’s Whitewall Brewing for a tasting at 5 p.m. Aug. 14 at the store, 1992 Elger Bay Road, Camano Island.
Black Raven Brewing tasting: Everett’s Crucible Brewing is hosting Redmond’s Black Raven Brewing for a tasting at 5 p.m. Aug. 15 at the brewery, 909 SE Everett Mall Way, Suite D440, Everett.
At Large Brewing tasting: Snohomish’s Sound to Summit Brewing is hosting Everett’s At Large Brewing for a tasting at 6 p.m. Aug. 15 at the brewery, 1830 Bickford Ave., Suite 111, Snohomish.
Icicle Brewing tasting: Mukilteo’s Diamond Knot Brewing is hosting Leavenworth’s Icicle Brewing for a tasting from 6 to 8 p.m. Aug. 15 at the alehouse, 621 Front St., Mukilteo.
Hellbent Brewing tasting: Lynnwood’s Special Brews is hosting Seattle’s Hellbent Brewing for a tasting at 5 p.m. Aug. 22 at the taproom, 14608 Highway 99, Suite 307, Lynnwood.
Crucible Brewing tasting: Snohomish’s Sound to Summit Brewing is hosting Everett’s Crucible Brewing for a tasting at 6 p.m. Aug. 22 at the brewery, 1830 Bickford Ave., Suite 111, Snohomish.
Lake Stevens Brewing tasting: Mukilteo’s Diamond Knot Brewing is hosting Lake Stevens Brewing for a tasting from 6 to 8 p.m. Aug. 23 at the brewpub, 5602 232nd St. SW, Suite 106, Mountlake Terrace.
Chili cookoff at Bean & Vine: Everett’s Bean & Vine along with Crucible Brewing, Lazy Boy Brewing, Scuttlebutt Brewing and more is hosting a chili cookoff from 3 to 6 p.m. Aug. 25 at the cafe, 1717 Hewitt Ave., Everett. It is intended to be an annual event.
Sumerian beer-pairing dinner at Lombardi’s: Woodinville’s Sumerian Brewing is partnering with Mill Creek’s Lombardi’s for a five-course beer-pairing dinner from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Aug. 25 at the restaurant, 19409 Bothell-Everett Highway, Mill Creek. Tickets are $65.
Dog Days of Skookum: Arlington’s Skookum Brewery is hosting Dog Days of Summer, a fundraiser for Save-A-Mutt, a charity dedicated to animal rescue, from noon to 5 p.m. Aug. 25 at the brewery, 17925 59th Ave. NE, Arlington. Dogs are welcome. There will food trucks, prizes and an old-fashioned dog wash … oh, and beer!
Marysville Brew & Cider Fest: Enjoy local beer and cider at this year’s Marysville Brew & Cider Fest from 1 to 9 p.m. Sept. 8 at the Marysville Opera House, 1225 Third St., Marysville. A number of local breweries will be pouring beer, including Marysville’s Whitewall Brewing. Advance tickets are $30 or $35 at the door.
Upper Left Beerfest: The second annual Upper Left Beerfest is Sept. 7 and 8 in downtown Everett. Enjoy beer from more than 30 local breweries, food and live music at the festival, which is 4 p.m. Friday and noon Saturday along Hoyt Avenue between Everett and Hewitt avenues. Tickets are $20 each day or $35 for both.
Cider Summit Seattle: The ninth annual Cider Summit Seattle will have more than 50 cideries pouring cider Sept. 7 and 8 in South Lake Union. The festival will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday and noon to 5 p.m. Saturday. Tickets are $35 and include 16 tasting tokens and a commemorative glass.
