Edmonds woman, 26, dies in Highway 530 crash

OSO — An Edmonds woman died on Sunday in a single-car collision on Highway 530, about 2 miles east of Oso, the Washington State Patrol said.
Kathryn R. Wright, 26, died at the scene after she apparently lost control of her westbound sedan, which struck a utility pole after 2 p.m., the patrol said.
The vehicle was reportedly traveling at a high speed and failed to negotiate a curve.
