Link: Closer look at state basketball tournament changes

The Yakima Herald-Republic recently published an interesting series of stories about the WIAA’s state high school basketball tournament format changes.

The main story examines the enormous negative financial impact in Yakima County, home of the Class 1A and 2A boys and girls state hoops tournaments.

I wasn’t aware of the Herald-Republic series until I saw a link posted by Doug Pacey of the Tacoma News Tribune. Thanks, Doug!
