EVERETT — Mariner’s Miguel Medina scored the first goal of the game came in the 29th minute on a free kick. Edmonds-Woodway (1-2, 1-3) answered with an Alec Sakoi goal in the 37th minute on a penalty kick. In the second half, Yahir Sandoval gave Mariner (3-1 league, 4-1 overall) the lead in the 78th minute with a penalty kick, his sixth goal in five games. Ulises Hernandez was in goal for Mariner. The E-W goalie was Erik Whitney.
