EVERETT — Axel Sanchez hit a two-run single in the bottom of the 11th inning and the Everett AquaSox earned a walk-off win over the Tri-City Dust Devils, 8-7, on Friday at Funko Field.
Cole Young hit a solo home run, Gabriel Gonzalez drove in three runs and Ben Ramirez had three hits, including a two-run single in the ninth to force extras, for the AquaSox (47-41).
Casey Dana and Matt Courtney homered and Arol Vera had three hits and two RBI for the Dust Devils (43-45).
Five Everett relievers combined to allow two runs, one earned, over six innings. Jarod Bayless (4-2) pitched the 10th and 11th to earn the win, striking out three.
Hayden Seig (2-1) took the loss for Tri-City.
