Sturgeon above Bonneville done Friday

The best bet for fishermen trying for a keeper sturgeon on the Columbia has been for several weeks the pool above Bonneville Dam, rather than the lower river. But that stretch of the river closes to sturgeon retention on Friday. Reason for the change to catch-and-release is that the recreational quota of 2,000 fish has been taken.
