Senior managers

Bring your bingo dauber, junior: U.S. workers still plan to retire, but more say they will wait long after 65. Almost a quarter of Americans say they will wait until they’re in their 70s to retire, up from 16 percent in 2009 (Page A7).

Which could mean a change in on-the-job perks. Out go the millennials’ video games and foosball tables in the break room and in come bingo, bridge tournaments and TVs tuned to “The Price is Right.”

Matt Damon’s got his ticket, roundtrip: SpaceX CEO Elon Musk was making predictions this week: His company will send people to Mars by 2025. And he expects to compete with Apple, not Google, over development of self-driving vehicles (Page A6).

Apple’s going to make a self-driving car? And what will it cost to replace the glass when I crack that?

Channel-surfing the vast cultural wasteland: The Chiller channel offers a movie tonight, “Fender Bender,” about a teenage girl who is menaced after she exchanges information with another driver after a car accident (Page D6).

Yeah, our insurance rates took off after our last accident, too.
