Since entering professional baseball in 2014, Marysville Pilchuck High School graduate Matt Cooper’s strikeout numbers have been off the charts. Here’s his numbers over the past four seasons:

So through Monday Cooper was ranked sixth among all regular minor-league starters in strikeout rate.
