EVERETT — A commercial real estate investment company has purchased an office building in south Everett for $12.5 million.

Redmond-based SmartCap Group takes over the 68,575-square-foot Quadrant I-5 Corporate Park Building B at 808 134th Ave. SW in Everett.

The seller was TMG Lynnwood, a commercial real estate investment company. Kidder Mathews commercial real estate was the broker.

The two-story building is 89 percent occupied.
