Texas-based LGI Homes opening a development in Arlington

LGI Homes is opening its first community north of Seattle. Gregory Park in Arlington will offer a variety of three- to five-bedroom floor plans.
The neighborhood includes a community park with children’s playground, pavilion, picnic area and walking paths. Prices start in the low $300’s. Gregory Park is named for an LGI employee, Gregory Boyd, who passed away in 2015.
