Ray Pimentel, Archbishop Murphy
Pimentel, a senior, rushed for 315 yards and three touchdowns in the Wildcats’ 52-14 win over Granite Falls on Friday.
Cross country
Yukino Parle, Edmonds-Woodway
Parle, a senior, finished second at Wednesday’s meet with Lake Stevens, Everett and Meadowdale, then won the Varsity 1 race at Saturday’s Nike Hole in the Wall Invitational in Lakewood.
Boys tennis
Trevor Simpson, Stanwood
Simpson defeated Connor Peterson 1-6, 6-3, 6-3 on Monday to help the Spartans to a 4-3 win over Marysville Pilchuck, then switched to doubles and teamed up with Carson Midthun to defeat Mac Gray and Evan Sprague of Marysville Getchell 7-5, 6-1 on Thursday.
Volleyball
Vanessa Guinto, Lynnwood
Guinto, a senior setter, had 37 assists and 19 digs Monday in the Royals’ 3-2 win over Mountlake Terrace, then registered 27 assists and 15 digs Wednesday in Lynnwood’s 3-2 victory over Edmonds-Woodway.
Girls soccer
Kailin Wiley, Kamiak
Wiley, a junior midfielder, recorded three goals and one assist Tuesday in the Knights’ 6-0 win over Glacier Peak, then added two goals and one assist in Kamiak’s 7-0 victory over Cascade on Thursday.
Girls swimming and diving
Kaili Jacobsen, Shorewood
Jacobsen won the 100-meter breaststroke and 50 freestyle events and was part of the Thunderbirds’ winning 200 medley relay team during Shorewood’s 143-27 win over Lynnwood on Tuesday.
