City of Marysville adds HR director

The City of Marysville has hired Bill Kolden as its new human resources director. Kolden’s public sector management and leadership career includes 28 years with the City of Seattle, the last five of them as human resources director.

He also served as human resources director for Snohomish County Fire District No. 1 and the cities of Kirkland, Chehalis and Vancouver.
