Wild Rose Bistro Catering plans to open in Arlington

Wild Rose Bistro & Catering plans to open at 318 N. Olympic Ave., Arlington. Owners Augustine Martinez and Miguel and Gricelda Rios have extensive experience in the food and beverage industry.
Executive chef Ali Kalantari has more than 35 years of experience in the industry. The hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
A soft opening was planned next week, but the opening has been delayed.
