Snohomish business owner named to Small Business leadership council

Bill Cooper, president of The Cooper Management Institute in Snohomish, has been named to the National Small Business Association Leadership Council.
Cooper is a retired chief of police, a former senior manager in two Fortune 200 corporations, and a university professor. He started The Cooper Management Institute to assist organizations in developing leaders and organizational performance.
