Alderwood Water general manager named president of state association

Alderwood Water & Wastewater District General Manager Jeff Clarke has been installed as president of the Washington Association of Sewer & Water Districts Board.

His one-year term became effective Sept. 29. Clarke currently serves as a management level district representative on the Board of Directors and has previously served as the organization’s vice-president.
