EVERETT — Snohomish Marine Resources Committee and Washington State University Beach Watchers will host a beach cleanup 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Picnic Point, located at 7231 Picnic Point Road in Edmonds.

“We really care about the health of our local beaches and want to see them free of trash!” WSU Beach Watchers Coordinator Jonathan Robinson wrote in an email on Monday. “It’s a small way we can help the health of the Puget Sound.”

Trash pickers, gloves and buckets will be available for use and drinks and snacks will be provided.
