Mistake-Proofing Leadership and Economic Alliance Snohomish County will present a brown-bag seminar on how to earn customer and employee loyalty at the EASC downtown Everett location.
Loyalty means customers buying more, buying more frequently and telling others how wonderful you are, and it means employees valuing the work, not just the paycheck. Both are gold-standard measures of customer and employee satisfaction.
Participants will discuss and fill out a 10-item survey to identify critical loyalty factors. From the results, we will create a plan to improve selected areas using the tools and concepts presented. A specific plan, plus the knowledge to make it work, will enable you to enhance your customer and employee loyalty.
