The April Snohomish County Young Professionals Network program features Andrew Ballard, president of Marketing Solutions Inc. and author of “Your Opinion Doesn’t Matter! It’s Your Customer’s Opinion That Counts.”

Why doesn’t your opinion matter? Because it’s your customer’s opinion that counts. That is the title and central theme to marketing strategist Ballard’s new book for small businesses. He explains that “new marketing” requires businesses to listen and respond to the needs of their customers. “Voice of the Customer,” as he calls it, is one of the most important concepts for businesses to understand and embrace if they want to succeed.
