Mukilteo Quilt & Garden Tour: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 15 and 16. Self-guided tour of seven gardens with quilts plus an indoor quilt display at Rosehill Community Center, 304 Lincoln Ave., Mukilteo. Edmonds in Bloom: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 16. Self-guided tour of five private gardens and one school garden under a private/public partnership. Advance tickets are $15, $20 day of event. Mukilteo Blvd. Display of more than 2,500 dahlias as single blooms, triple blooms, five blooms in baskets and in artistic arrangements. Prizes are awarded to winning entries.
