The Arlington Arts Council recently painted two murals at Terrace Park.

Arlington Arts Council member Erika Bruss painted a whimsical owl on the restroom building. The previous stage mural was peeling, so the backing was replaced. Arlington Arts Council president Sarah Arney and board member Vicki Johnson painted the scene on the stage.

Arlington Arts Council’s mission is to bring art to Arlington. The annual Fall into Art Auction fundraiser is set for Oct. 21. For more information, go to www.arlingtonartscouncil.net.
