Arlington

$187 to the Flying J Cafe of Arlington for refreshments for the municipal airport’s open house.

$565 to Coastal Wear Products of Bellingham for rubber snow plow blades.

$12,523 to Timeless Designs, Inc. of Arlington to manufacture and install partitions and remodel Fire Station 47 and other city buildings.

Everett

$21,362 to Triangle Associates Inc. of Seattle for Water conservation programs at Everett schools.

$558,194 to New York-based global insurer Marsh USA for pollution liability insurance coverage from September 2007 to September 2017.

$337,500 to JacKaren Consulting, LLC to help manage construction of a new $6.7 million holding tank at the Water Filtration Plant.

Edmonds

$364 to Cintas Corporation, of Everett, for uniforms.

$65 to Dynamic Language Center, of Seattle, for interpreter fees.

Marysville

$127,265 to the state Department of Transportation toward costs of replacing a water line as part of the planned repaving of Fourth Street between I-5 and State Avenue this summer.

$1,000 to Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad for a pipeline license to replace water mains under railroad tracks on Fourth Street near Cedar Avenue this summer.

Monroe

$13,639 to the state auditor’s office for 2007 audit.

$857 to Blumenthal Uniforms, of Seattle, for uniforms.

$1,496 to the state Department of Transportation, of Olympia, for U.S. 2-Kelsey Street intersection improvement.

Snohomish

$252 to the Washington state Department of Transportation for signal maintenance.

$1,937 to Jani King of Seattle for janitorial services.

$1,275 to Snohomish Tree Service Co. of Snohomish for tree removal.
