Snohomish County sheriff’s Lt. Rob Beidler plans to meet with voters Thursday in Mountlake Terrace.

Beidler is a candidate for county sheriff. The position will be vacant in 2008. Term limits prevent Sheriff Rick Bart from running again. The primary election is Aug. 21.

Beidler is asking voters to come meet him from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Canyons restaurant, 6033 244th St. SW, Mountlake Terrace. Free appetizers will be served.
