LYNNWOOD — No one was struck by bullets fired during a domestic-violence incident east of Lynnwood on Tuesday afternoon.
One man, 26, of Lynnwood, was hospitalized for injuries from breaking out a window, said Shari Ireton, spokeswoman for the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident was reported shortly after 1 p.m. at a house along Locust Way near Filbert Road.
The 26-year-old suspect used to live at the home and another man who still lives there had a protection order against him, Ireton said.
The suspect reportedly threw a rock through the windshield of a truck parked outside and broke a house window. A third man at the home fired a gun outside the window.
The relationship between the trio was not immediately clear.
The suspect was taken to Swedish/Edmonds hospital. He is expected to be booked for violation of a protection order, residential burglary and malicious mischief.
