Birds’ Jones leaves game with sore hamstring

BOSTON — Baltimore Orioles center fielder Adam Jones left Sunday’s game against the Boston Red Sox in the second inning due to a sore right hamstring.
Jones, who grounded out to third in his only at-bat, was replaced in the field by Felix Pie in the bottom of the second.
Jones, batting second in the lineup, is off to a strong start, hitting .372 with 12 RBIs and 15 runs scored.
