State and national parks, Forest Service waive fees for Veterans Day

On Wednesday, state parks won’t have a fee for parking and national parks will not charge an entry fee in honor of Veterans Day.

Additionally, any Forest Service sites that usually require a recreation pass will waive that requirement for the day.

It’s the last fee-free day of the year.
