Hunting wild mushrooms along the Mountain Loop Highway

Jennifer Karami, a journalism student at the University of Washington, created this video about hunting for wild mushrooms. The footage comes from various points along the Mountain Loop Highway. If you’ve spent any time out there, the scenery will look very familiar.

Give it a look. It’s pretty amazing the diversity of mushrooms you can find, if you just know where to look.
