Gina is a very sweet girl looking for a forever home that can help her become a more confident, well adjusted dog. She loves to be around people and thinks she is a 65lb lap dog. She submissive pees when you first meet her and does not know any commands right now. Gina cannot live with other dogs but can be around them while on leash. Any children in the home should be over 6 years old and we do not know how she will do with cats. If you are looking for a loving companion then come Gina today! (Curt Story/Everett Animal Shelter)
Goji is a fun loving guy who can be very fickle at times. He is particular about the people he likes and tends to warm up to women faster than men. He lived with another dog his size and a cat but will need a meet with any resident canines prior to adoption. Any children in the home will need to be over 13 years old, this includes visiting children. Goji will need slow introductions when meeting new people but once he knows you he is a lap loving cuddle bug! (Curt Story/Everett Animal Shelter)
Jude and Lilah are sweet little dogs looking for a calm loving forever home. They get along with other calm dogs, cats and respectful older kids. They both enjoy cuddling and running around the backyard! If you are looking for a brother and sister duo to fill your house with love then come meet Jude and Lilah! We will not be separating these two as they are very bonded. (Curt Story/Everett Animal Shelter)

Lindsey is an active girl that loves to run and play! She gets along OK with other dogs here but would like a meet and greet with any resident dogs. She will likely chase cats for fun. Lindsey still needs to gain quite a bit of weight to be happy and healthy. Lindsey is not suited for apartment living and will need daily exercise. (Curt Story/Everett Animal Shelter)
Popeye is a young fun guy looking for a forever home! He is an escape artist and cannot be left outside alone or he will wander off. He will need a meet and greet with any resident canines and any kids in the home should be over 6 years old. Popeye will likely chase cats for fun. This sweet little dude has a lot of energy and will need daily exercise to keep him happy and healthy. (Curt Story/Everett Animal Shelter)
T-Bone, a 10 year old Rottweiler, is searching for a family that will fill his days with love. He is a pretty relaxed fella who loves everyone that he meets. At 97 pounds, this big boy will need a home committed to helping him continue to lose weight so that he can once again go on long, brisk walks. T-Bone is not a fan of cats so a cat free home is a must. He is pushy with other dogs and will not do well with any resident canines that might be dominant or assertive. T-Bone has met, and enjoyed the company, of other dogs with calm, submissive personalities. A meet and greet is required with the resident canines of any potential adopters. Before considering adoption please be sure you are financially stable and able to keep up with all his medical needs including future vet appointments. (Curt Story/Everett Animal Shelter) Medical: T-Bone is on medication for some slight incontinence as well as thyroid medication and anti-inflammatory for his arthritis.
Trouble is a sweet lovable guy looking for a forever home! He is older and will need a home that is financially prepared to take care of him for the rest of his life. He gets along with other dogs here at the shelter but would like a meet and greet prior to adoption. Any children in the should be able to respect Trouble’s space as senior dogs can have sensitive joints. If you are looking for an amazing companion then come meet Trouble! The Everett Animal Shelter hosts thousands of stray and unwanted animals every year. Some are adopted right away, but some sit in the shelter for weeks at a time, waiting for a home. The shelter has dogs and cats, as well as some rabbits and birds, all looking for a loving home.

All pets are vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and given a identifying microchip before they are adopted. Take a look at some of the dogs, cats and other animals that are available for adoption at the shelter now. Here is the previous post featuring animals up for adoption.

If you’re interested in adopting an animal, the shelter is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, call 425-257-6000.
