Isaiah Galindo

Marysville Pilchuck | Boys Wrestling

In his third matchup this season with fifth-ranked Blake McBride of Oak Harbor, Galindo, a senior, earned a 2-1 victory to win the 145-pound class at Saturday’s Class 3A sub-regional at Everett High School. Galindo split his two prior matchups with McBride, with both going to overtime.

Mitch Jones

Stanwood | Boys Basketball

Jones, a senior, scored 21 of his 25 points in the second half to help the Spartans beat Everett 76-63 on Wednesday.

Vatoria Keyes

Edmonds-Woodway | Girls Wrestling

Keyes, a junior who entered Saturday’s sub-regional at North Creek High School ranked sixth in the state at 235 pounds by Washington Wresting Report, beat No. 2 Chanel Siva of Stanwood in a 7-5 decision in the championship bout.

Ethan Martin

Arlington | Boys Basketball

Martin, a freshman, scored 21 points, including five 3-pointers, in a 79-54 victory over Oak Harbor on Wednesday.

Mikail Montez

Marysville Getchell | Girls Basketball

Montez, a senior, scored 17 points and pulled down 15 rebounds in the Chargers’ 63-35 win over Oak Harbor on Friday.

Mason Peterson

Mountlake Terrace | Boys Basketball

Peterson, a senior, scored 23 points, including five 3-pointers, in a 62-45 win over Archbishop Murphy on Wednesday.

Paris Smith

Cascade | Girls Bowling

Smith, a senior, won the Class 4A state championship Friday at Narrows Plaza Bowl in University Place. Smith rolled a six-game series of 1,214 to win by 32 pins. Her high game was 226.
