Every year The Daily Herald takes nominations and lets readers vote for the Best of Snohomish County Awards. There are dozens of categories, but here are the 2022 top choices for best place to watch sunset.

First Place: Mukilteo Lighthouse Park in Mukilteo

Mukilteo Lighthouse Park Beach was constructed in the 1950’s on the coast of Mukilteo. It overlooks the Puget Sound and surrounding Islands. Get dinner, grab some ice cream, have a fire in their public fire pits and enjoy the sunset at the beach.

Second Place: Grand Avenue Park in Everett

Third Place: Port of Everett Marina in Everett
