Four dogs ready for adoption at Everett Animal Shelter
Bimmer is a really nice dog. He is looking for a home that will make him part of the family and take him on lots of adventures! He will probably actively chase cats so will need a feline free home. Bimmer has had some skin issues but is healing up nicely and looking really good. He is not suited for apartment living and a home with Shepherd experience would be ideal. Bimmer will also need a meet and greet with any resident canines. (Curt Story/Everett Animal Shelter)
Carlie is an active gal who is looking for someone to be just as active as she is. She enjoys going for walks and playing fetch. She has lived with other dogs and cats but a slow and proper induction still needs to be done to help everyone get along. Carlie is not crate trained and adopters should do research about introducing her to the crate. Carlie can be destructive if left alone for long periods of time with no mental stimulation. Lots of toys and kongs help. (Curt Story/Everett Animal Shelter)
Jade is a highly active dog that is looking for an active home. She needs a home with a fenced yard where she can run and enjoy life. She will need a meet and greet with any resident dogs and they need to be around her size, she needs a home without critters, livestock and cats. She has lived with kids and seems to do well. She will need some leash training as she does pull. Jade is a VERY strong dog. (Curt Story/Everett Animal Shelter)
Rose is a young dog looking for a home without any other animals. She knows a few commands but would benefit greatly from positive reinforcement training. She is very active and can become destructive when bored. If you are looking for a young dog with lots of love to give her people then come meet Rose! (Curt Story/Everett Animal Shelter)

The Everett Animal Shelter hosts thousands of stray and unwanted animals every year. Some are adopted right away, but some sit in the shelter for weeks at a time, waiting for a home. The shelter has dogs and cats, as well as some rabbits and birds, all looking for a loving home.

All pets are vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and given a identifying microchip before they are adopted. Take a look at some of the dogs, cats and other animals that are available for adoption at the shelter now. Here is the previous post featuring animals up for adoption.

If you’re interested in adopting an animal, the shelter is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, call 425-257-6000.
