Body found near Picnic Point Park identified as Edmonds man

EDMONDS — Authorities have identified a body found earlier this month near Picnic Point Park as that of a 38-year-old Edmonds man.
The cause and manner of Nicholas A. Bowen’s death remain under investigation, the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office said.
Two people who were exploring the area found the body in a stream around 9 p.m. June 3. Snohomish County Sheriff’s detectives suspected the remains had been there for a long time.
