FLAMING GEYSER STATE PARK — A mother and her two young children were rescued from the Green River on Saturday evening after their inflatable raft deflated in the water.
KOMO-TV reported that the incident happened at Flaming Geyser State Park, between Auburn and Black Diamond.
King County Fire said the raft snagged some tree branches and popped.
Rescuers got everyone back to shore safely.
King County Fire crews said the raft was meant to be used in a pool, not a fast-moving river.
